Excellent customer service!
This reel looks amazing! The pricing on this is well below the relative quality given. Iโm not a rich guy and researched quite a bit to get the best value. I am pleased. Iโve had no problem pulling grouper off the bottom or getting a stubborn amberjack to the boat. My advice is to put high quality lubricant throughout the moving parts before you go. I realized that they canโt ship the reel if it is overly lubricated. Even with a fresh water rinse, I apparently missed the clicker mechanism. Their customer service was immediate and extremely courteous. They have a customer for life. These guys are doing it right at an amazing price point.

Good solid reel
I've only used this a couple of times and it has worked great. The drag works well and it retrieves the line fairly fast (6:1 ratio). I have to keep my thumb on the spool if I plan to send the line out away from the boat (not a casting reel), but for trolling it works great!

Not a saltwater reel
The drag seized up and will not turn after 1 weekend on the boat. I rinsed and cleaned all of my reels but this one will not budge even with WD40 on it. My Penn reels have lasted 10 years and this one canโt make it even 1 trip. It might look cool but that is all you are paying for. Horrible quality. Do NOT recommend.

Great deal
This is smooth great reel for the price. I use it in salt water only, this is the only reel I never had problems with other then the tension does not hold up to the weight I throw 6ozs plus. Just learned to keep my thumb ready so it does not back lash.

Reel comes in a brillant blue finish.
I wasnt paying attention when i ordered this model, so was disappointed to find out it DOES NOT come with a factory line counter installed. No matter. i have after factory line counters i purchased for my other much older trolling reels that i can ad to my setup here. Otherwise i look FW to using these two reels i bought while trolling for Norhern Pike and Musky. Strong and effortless function. Great Buy!

A great salt water fishing reel. It took a couple of good sized fish to learn the reel but now I love it.

I bought two of these reels. They both had issues the very first fishing trip handle came off one gear, slipping in the other one in my opinion pieces of junk.

Most hardware was loose, no grease on any gears, sloppy guide for the line and the bolt that holds the handle on the reel was stripped. Delivery from Amazon was great but the product it self I was disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for.
