ZINUS Upholstered Bed Platform, Queen, Grey

Third bed from this brand and still in love! My first is 3+ years old and perfect. Great quality every time—hope it stays this way forever.

I'm really disappointed with this bed. Not sure if I just got unlucky as there are so many good reviews. A few of the screws are bad, and there were no replacement screws provided. My biggest issue is that the headboard didn't fit as it was too big. I spent hours trying to make it fit and in the end, it's unusable. I reached out to Zinus about this and to this day I haven't heard back from them. I'd never buy from this company again. Very poor customer service and even worse product quality.

Really unsatisfied, we attached all the parts according to guidence booklet, Second last step was to attach headboad to the bed, but it does not fit m with the frame, Headboad is big from frame, it does not fit in the frame. Extreamly displeased, I don't know what to do with this bed now.
