I got a lemon
Did not workStarted once for two seconds went into protect mode would not restart

This unit is great and goes forward to protect 2 CPAP units
I had reviewed all kinds of inverters. This one seemed t fit my needs. I used it off grid while camping in a tent in the US National Forrest. It delivered quality power that never faltered. While the price was a little higher than the modified sine wave units, the power was truer and gave great results.

06/05/18 : So far so good! Sturdy build quick response and my favorite feature is beautiful looking remote which I do not mind displaying in my drawing room. I have not yet tested at full 3500W or 7000W surge due to my limited battery capacity but I believe it should work fine once I add battery bank. Only one minor calibration error I guess - On Blue LCD display AC output voltage is off by +10 volts (120v shows 130v - Checked on multimeter few times) but this doesn't matter me much anyway.

Kept my fridge running during rainstorm/blackout from Hurricane Michael
It worked as expected, gave it a trial run with a 3kW load and the fans kicked on pretty loud but it does flow a lot of air. Ran my french door refrigerator for 16 hours off of 2 12V deep cycle batteries during the hurricane Michael blackout so I was able to keep it running overnight and switch to generator power in the morning. Didn't even kick the fans on omce, load was too low. I wish you could set the lower limit where the unit stops generating power to fully use the deep cycle of the battery. I guess too many people would fry their batteries.
