This course was a God-send for me. It came at just the right time in my life, when I needed to learn to set boundaries. This guide helps you through the course as a supplement to the book.

I purchased Boundaries Participant's Guide- Revised: When to say yes, how to say no to take control of your life. I also purchased through Amazon and the product came on time and was in fine condition. I have a hard time to say no to someone and this book is helping me with "life's issues" and it is ok to say no to someone if this causes stress in your life and that is ok. A person needs to life some stress out of a person's life. It makes you feel better and in control. That is a very nice feeling. If you are having trouble with this purchase this book and see how much better you will be. I highly recommend this book, and getting anything from Amazon has been very secure and I have had no problems what-so-ever.
