Hobestluk Boneless Couch Modular Sectional Sofa L-Shape Lounge Cloud Couch

Ive had this couch for a month now & I love it. I was a little nervous after reading reviews but gave it a shot and so happy I did. The material is very soft, the foam while firm is extremely comfortable. The height is perfect for myself and my needs. My senior dog (medium size) & bunny can jump up/down easily. This is the perfect Bunn couch. The back of the couch is a nice hang out spot or highway to get from A to B. I don't use the back cushions for this reason. I have not had any issues with the pieces separating or sliding around as mentioned by others. This is a great cheap boneless couch and id deff purchase again. My only issue that i recently noticed is the couch cover which states washable is actually stitched into the foam. If a removable/washable cover is a must this may not be for you.

Honesty, I didn't have high hopes, but i was surprised by how sturdy the sofa is. It has enough support to feel solid and comfortable without being too hard; we can spend hours sitting on it without it losing its shape. The color is also exactly the same as in the photos, something i was a little worried about before buying it. We're very happy whit it, and our guests loved it. It looks great in our living room, giving it a modern and elegant touch without breaking the bank.

I love cloud or boneless couches-whatever you call them. The convenience of how it’s shipped is kind of a bonus. Overall, I am happy with my left facing , 96 inch couch in dark gray. It fits nicely in my studio apartment. The fact it’s two pieces and makes it go together nicely. Arm rests and seat cushions are all combined on each piece. The feel of the fabric is like a soft, fur. It has been four days since I unpacked mine and the height difference between the two pieces is still noticeable. The throw and back pillows are foam as well and feel just as soft. They are pretty thick. For the cost, I think it’s worth it visually and physically. I like comfort and support of the foam. Note: the box it shipped in weighed 98 pounds.

Very Disappointed — Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but after dealing with this company for over a month, I feel other customers should know about my experience. We paid nearly $300 for this couch, and part of the cover is defective. It bunches/puckers badly and does not fit the couch correctly. I contacted the company multiple times hoping they would simply stand behind their product and provide a replacement cover or replace the defective portion of the couch. Instead, I have spent over a month going back and forth with their customer service. Their proposed solution was a $50 refund, which I declined because $50 does not fix a defective product that cost nearly $300. I have repeatedly explained that I would like a replacement cover, replacement of the defective portion, or an appropriate refund. I have now declined their inadequate offer multiple times, and rather than actually resolving the problem, they have stopped responding. The most frustrating part is that we actually liked the couch and would have been happy if the company had simply corrected the defect. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer service has completely changed my opinion of this purchase. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to purchase from this company again. If something arrives defective, you may have a very difficult time getting them to make it right.

After an extensive research on boneless couches, I came across this one. It was a great price for an amazing product and it got here 3 days before it said it was going to be delivered. It’s super comfy and very light to move when you take it out of the vacuum sealed package. The box was super heavy but I was able to “roll” into my apartment even though it was a little hard to because I was by myself. It was super easy to cut it out of the package and after only 3 hours I was able to sit on it, I’m sure it’ll get sturdier as the time goes by. It’s super soft, kind of like a teddy bear and it’s firm but super comfy.I definitely recommend this couch 20/10

Super cute... Super nice... Actually way nicer in person. I do have to say one of the pieces seemed like it was not going to fluff up and actually looked deformed and defective and HARD like a stone..i really thought i got the one and only defective packaging and was really upset since i did so much research and thought i must have not done enough research. I was so upset.. i thought i was going to have to return it but instead i got my baseball bat and straight beat that couch then i took my blow dryer and put some hot air on the spot giving me problems and let me tell you. THAT WORKED oh and i walked on it too.. i couldn't be happier! I'm so very glad i picked this couch. It's firm but soft and big enough for 2 comfortably and 3 a little less comfortable but man i love it!

So, I cannot stress enough just how amazing this thing is. I weigh just under 400 lbs. and I was wanting one of these types of couches but I was worried that it wouldn't be firm enough and would collapse under my weight. I have now been SLEEPING on mine for the last few weeks because its so much more comfortable than my bed. I will say, for anyone who is under like, 150 lbs. it might be too firm. I saw a bunch of complaints about firmness in the reviews and that's why I bought it. I have not been let down at all. I was able to stand on it to reach a shelf high on my wall and it immediately went back to shape after i stepped off. I cannot believe how amazing this thing has been for the price. To any really big people out there, you can easily buy this with the knowledge that it will absolutely hold its shape. I will say, I waited the 72 hours to use it although it had taken complete shape by about 3 hours after I opened it.
