Works Extremely Well
I exclusively breastfeed my 4 month old, and this little pump has been the best purchase of my mothering career so far. My milk production has increased so much just by using it once or twice a day. It has allowed me to make a very large freezer milk stash, and I can even pump while feeding my baby. At first, I had some trouble with chaffing and a little bleeding from that chaffing, but once I got the hang of using it, those problems went away completely and I’ve been using it successfully for over a month now. I was debating on buying the set, But I get by perfectly fine with just 1. In fact, if I had both, I don’t think I would use them both. Maybe if you exclusively pump that would be the way to go for you. This little pump is so small and easy to use that you can carry it around in the handy little pouch it comes with and even pump in the car with no work at all. I love that it charges with a “normal” cord and holds the charge for multiple pumping sessions. The noise level is low. It’s not completely silent, but it’s very manageable and quiet even while making the suction noises. I just got back from a week long camping trip (yes, my 4 month old came along!) and this little pump was just the perfect addition and made pumping so easy if I needed to make him a bottle for convenience’s sake. I get at least 3-4 ounces of milk per 8 minutes or so, and I can do all my regular house work while it’s pumping, so I’ve been saving so much time with this product. Sorry, I’m rambling. This is a good pump and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. My only advice is that If you’re experiencing some chaffing, make sure you have the right flange size. I believe they come in 2 sizes, and I was able to order the correct flange size for myself separately for very little cost. Use a very (very) small amount of coconut oil if you need to, and the chaffing/rubbing will be decreased significantly. Now I don’t even have to use that at all, but I did the first few times and then I got used to it.

Overall, a great pump for an affordable hands free option.
As a new mom having a hands-free option that was affordable is awesome. When using the medela pump in style that I received through insurance I would miss pumping sessions after my daughter would eat, either because she was fussy and I wasn't able to be plugged into a wall to pump or I needed to go somewhere and pumping on the go just was not feasible. I have been using the TSRETE pump for a couple weeks now and I am very pleased. I am a smaller flange size than what is offered with the pump but I was able to order silicone inserts from maymom on amazon and they fit really well. The suction power is very strong and it did take me a little time to get used to but there is a wide range of suction offered by the pump and there is more than likely an option that is comfortable for everyone. While the pump itself is very portable, it is not nearly as discreet as you would be led to believe. The cups that the milk pumps into is essentially the size of another breast on top of what you already have so your bust will not be discreet while using the pump. The pump isn't overly loud, but if your child is a distracted eater than you probably will not be able to pump one side while they eat off of the other side. Overall, I am very pleased with this pump and I have seen an increase in my milk supply. I am able to pump an additional 6-12 ounces to freeze and store for my daughter. This increase could be because I miss fewer pumping sessions but with this pump it is much more manageable to fit time in to pump. Every mom is busy and needs to have her hands free as much as possible so I would recommend this pump to have a little more time for just that.

Good suction, very convenient, just wish it came in different sizes.
Update: Unfortunately after several more uses it started to cause nipple damage and I had to return it. Worked wonderfully though besides that. Realllly wish smaller sized shields were offered! Good suction (was shocked), very very convenient (can get housework done while using), and easy to wash and assemble. Just wish the breast shields were available in multiple different sizes. I was measured at my IBCLCs office and need 19mm shields. The smallest these come in are 24mm, with a 27mm option also available. Do people really have that big of nipples?? My IBCLC made it sound like those were not actually common sizes but unfortunately what most pumps come with for whatever reason. Many women aren't aware they need to get measured and need smaller sizes than they think. Anyways, I was kind of hesitant to order for that reason. But I am desperate to try to keep my milk supply up and pumping is essential for that. My thyroid has been whacked out since having baby 7 months ago and my supply goes from very plentiful to practically nothing overnight a few times a month or more. Using my Medela with a cord isn't always convenient, especially when you have more than one child to take care of. Anyways, using the wrong sized shields can cause nipple damage, soreness, and incorrect drainage of the breast. It is only slightly uncomfortable for me for the first 10 or 20 seconds but not enough to keep me from using it by any means. I did have to buy different shields for my traditional Medela pump though, that was quite painful with the 24mm it came with. I really like that this has many suction settings. I usually set it on 3 to start with and then go to 4 or 5. The 6 to 9 settings feel like it is going to rip something off, ha ha. Probably because I need smaller shields. Noise is kind of loud (comparable to my regular pump) and it is bulky in my bra, so I wouldn't wear it at work while around others, but totally awesome for home. I only gave it 4 stars for not having more shield options. Will update after more use. Happy Pumping!

Fantastic and my favorite
I don't write a lot of reviews, but this one deserves it. I have 4 pumps, and 2 of them are these. They ended up working better and were more convenient than my expensive pumps- including my wearable breast pump that was still more expensive than this one even after insurance. Highly recommend.

a wonderful pump
I have been using this pump for almost 3 months now as an exclusively breasfeeding mom. I recently ordered another pair since I will be back to work soon and would like to use it there, too. (may order a third pair lol) The pump is amazing! I am a big fan of it! It gives almost the same amount of output as my primary electrical pump, sometimes even better; thus I am using it 3-4 times a day. It is defintely my best friend during night shifts. It is fairly priced and feels expensive with high quality materials. It is not so noisy and I can pump 3 times with a full charge. Just don't forget to order your correct size flanges and apply some oil (coconut, olive oil etc) to the inner surface of flanges to prevent nipple injury.

Great portable pump
I really enjoy this pump as a portable alternative to my corded Spectra 2. I've been using this for about a month now daily. Despite the cons I included, having this pump was such a game-changer and stress reducer since I was no longer tethered to the wall and could almost forget that I was pumping! Pros: - I debated getting two, but just a single one works fine. It's easy to swap from one breast to the other, and pumping seems to take less time despite that since my hands are free and I can move around. - The suction is great. I can't go beyond level 6-7 without discomfort and I can do 10-11 on my Spectra. - The silicone flange is really comfortable and much nicer than the hard plastic of a Spectra or Medela. - Love that the pump charges with a USB-C. I can get about 4 pumps before charging, possibly more but I haven't let it die on me yet before charging. - It's held up well in the dishwasher on the sanitizer cycle. I've also gotten used to hand-washing and assembling, although it took some time at first. The silicone parts take longer to air dry, so I do the fridge hack throughout the day (store it inside a ziploc bag and wash at the end of the day). It helps to rest the pump in a bowl to keep it upright. - The spout makes it very simple to pour into a bottle after pumping. Cons: - It's significantly noisier than my Spectra 2. I don't like to pump in the same room as my baby when he's napping because it's possible that the sound could wake him. I have to turn up the volume if I'm watching something while pumping. - It's hard to position the flange just right and make sure the nipple isn't touching the sides because you can't really see into the pump well enough. Sometimes this causes milk to dribble a bit onto the flange. I always need to have a tissue handy to wipe off the flange and my chest after pumping. - If you have small breasts, it's not possible to position the pump downward without physically leaning forward at an angle to make sure the milk flows down into the pump and not into your shirt. It's too bad the flange isn't angled downward like my Spectra, but it seems that most portable pumps like this are designed that way. It's annoying to walk around or sit hunched over slightly and not great for my back. - The suction is great, but I find that I really need to wear a bra with this to keep the pump secure and it's not enough to just wear a tank with a shelf bra. - I don't bother with the letdown mode because the suction is too light. If needed, I use the pump mode on a lower setting and then increase.

Good but not the fix-all I hoped for
"Wearable" maybe isn't all I had hoped for. I think this pump probably did it's job well compared to the competition, but it's the only wearable I've used so I'm not sure. Most of my disappointment may apply to other brands as well. Pump strength is decent with similar volume collected as with a bigger corded pump. Assembly is a little difficult. There are 5 parts on each side that attach to the pumps, plus the pump itself and sizing inserts. To be convenient, it needs to be washed, dried, and pre-assembled, so it can be grabbed and used on the go. Otherwise, I prefer my wall pump. The pump is 24mm with an optional 21mm adapter/insert. Separate adapters for smaller sizes can be purchased. The parts are "clear" but fogged so it's difficult to tell if your nipple is centered. The part the milk drips from becomes submerged so it is also hard to tell if milk is still flowing or if it's time to stop. The pumps stick out 2-3inches beyond where my bra would normally stop so it's not something that can easily hide under clothes. It's also not super quiet. You need to make sure you hit the right and left buttons at the same time if you want to sync the pump sounds instead of sounding like 2 separate pumps are running. The sound itself is like the aliens from Toy Story. "The claaaw!" I would be embarrassed to try to talk to anyone with it on, let alone pumping and making noise. The front is flat which is nice for being able to set the collection parts down after removal. You have to do this to see how much you've pumped. The measurement lines are just etched in the plastic so the light needs to hit it just right to be able to read the numbers and it goes in 2oz increments without anything in between which makes accuracy questionable. There are lines on the side to measure during wear/use but I can't see how anyone would be able to see the sides, especially with the tiny clear writing and trying to guess if they are level. Unlike a pump with regular bottles, you can't just throw a lid on them and quickly store your milk. The collector doesn't seal so your milk has to be transferred to another bottle or bag before being stored. They should really make a little plug for it. The milk pours pretty well through the intended spout. A small amount of milk gets stuck in the parts. It's not enough to bother me now, but I would have been disheartened by it in the early days of pumping, when every drop was so precious. For $80, I hoped it would be more convenient and user friendly. Overall, I prefer my wall pump (medela pump in style) if I have 20 minutes to sit still, but this has been handy to pump when I'm short on time and need to wash dishes or feed baby at the same time. Movement is still restricted, though. I can't hold my baby to my body while pumping. If I lean forward or round my shoulders too much, the pumps loose suction and move in my bra. I'd recommended turning them slightly inward toward your cleavage bc the bra will push the top of the pump and make them twist anyway. I got about 3 pump sessions after the 1st full charge.

Tedious but Ok for the price
I have a spectra as well so I rotate between the two using this during the day when I’m moving around and the spectra at night. Here are my thoughts after almost 2 months of daily use: 1. Too many parts - having to wash and sterilize this thing is a chore. You’re looking at 6 parts including the flange inserts to disassemble, reassemble, wash and disinfect. Hate it. 2. For something with so many parts, they don’t feel that sturdy. I ripped one of the ducts within the first two weeks. Compared to the thick plastic parts of the spectra, these are way too flimsy for the daily use required in item #1. 3. For all that the parts seem flimsy, the actual pump motor is pretty sturdy. My toddler and I have dropped them on hard tile floors multiple times and they still work with no visible damage! 4. It’s loud. I use it only during the day because we cosleep with my newborn and these suckers are just too noisy. I’ve tried wrapping a blanket around myself and them to muffle the noise but it’s just not an option for half asleep middle of the night pumps when I don’t want to disturb sleeping baby. During the day I don’t find the noise is intrusive but the spectra is quieter. 5. I got these because I’m exclusively pumping and wanted to be more mobile and able to do things. I really thought I’d be able to hold and soothe baby while pumping but the reality is these pumps are too bulky. Not sure any pump would be better but wish I had known that wasn’t going to be an option. Unless you do one side at a time, you still can’t really comfortably hold baby while pumping. 6. Good as far as performance and getting the milk out. The settings and suction is fine once all the parts are working and put together properly. I get the same output as I do with the spectra. 7. One major plus is I am able to suck out clogged milk ducts with this. I can’t do that with my spectra so it has stronger suction options in my experience. All in all, for the price it’s ok if it’s not a primary pump. I think it would be great if you only use during outings maybe. I will likely buy a better quality version as I’m exclusively pumping and want to use a wireless pump as my primary during the day without going insane cleaning a million parts and buying replacement parts all the time.
