As good as CyberPower for a great price
This is simple. The display on the front of the unit makes it REALLY easy to know what is going it. It tells you input voltage, with an alert when your outlet has "iffy" electricity. It notifies you if your outlet is wired improperly. When active, it tells you how many minutes it has left before empty, (so you can turn off your TV and DVR.) And finally, it has a dedicated "Mute the damn beeping" button, with an icon on the display showing if muted. Finally, it has 10, yes TEN, outlets on the back. Five backup and five normal surge. Those extra two can be a lifesaver if you've got a lot of sensitive gadgets to protect. On a side note, I recommend UPSs to all of my clients. What you might not know, is that blackouts aren't what will kill your electronics... brownouts are the culprit. Many years ago, when living in the city, we woudl get brownouts all the time. The flickering of the lights over and over fried electronics all the time. I had extended warranties on my microwave, TV, and computers. Then I started getting UPSs. Best move ever. So, if you're considering a brand, I recommend this Vertiv Liebert without hesitation.

A Must-Have for CPAP Users: Peace of Mind with a UPS
For the longest time, Iโve wanted a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for my CPAP machine, and Iโm so glad I finally made the purchase. If you rely on a CPAP machine for sleep, you know how critical it is to have consistent power. A brief power outage in the middle of the night could be a real problem, but with a UPS, I can rest easy knowing my machine will keep running no matter what. What I Love: Simple Setup: The UPS was easy to set up, and I had it running in no time. Peace of Mind: Knowing that if the power goes out, my CPAP machine will keep working gives me peace of mind. I never realized how important it was until I experienced a few unexpected power cuts. Overall Impression: If you use a CPAP machine and have been considering a UPS, I highly recommend it. Itโs a small investment that makes a huge difference, especially on those nights when the power unexpectedly goes out. You wonโt regret having this backup!

Dead after 3 months
This product was plugged in and held up for several very short power blips over the past few months. These were nothing more than lights flickering, which would normally cause my home office modem etc to reset. However, after about 3 months the battery died. One Monday morning I came in to a dead UPS. I plugged it in for 36 hours, and it would not hold any charge. Made in China, and I am sure it was not kept charged prior to shipping which is surely the reason for the negligible life I got from this UPS. Look elsewhere!

Atrocious Customer Support
Nice UPS seems to be working properly but good luck getting it registered with Vertiv. Took over a week and at least 10 phone calls and I'm still not sure if it has been registered. Also good luck downloading the Power Assist software I haven't been able to yet. First you have to create a user account which sounds easy โฆ but my application to create an account has been denied twice with no explanation in the denial email and no one at customer support seems to know why either. Veritiv support is grossly compartmentalized with no continuity. Worse customer support I have ever been exposed to and I have the patience of a saint but I'm done and will never purchase another Liebert product! When I worked in IT years ago I had a Liebert UPS backing up our enterprise operations with great support. However Veritiv swallowed Liebert up and as with most M&A's the support has gone to hell. If you can live without the support if you just want a basic inexpensive UPS that works than this unit will work for you. UPDATE: Finally it's registered and was able to create a user account and download Power Assist software. The problem with downloading the software was that there are 3 different user accounts for the Vertive site. One is general customer account for getting info and shopping the site for products. Another is for vendors and partners, and yet another specifically to download software and there is no direction or explanation identifying these different accounts. Then the download package from the site did not launch GUI for monitoring and settings that should accompany the PA software. After several more calls I was lucky to get a rep who emailed a link for a version that although was older ultimately worked. I was also able to get someone who registered the product over the phone and I did receive an email verifying so. I'm upgrading to 3 stars it should have been a 5 but I'm still a little disgusted struggling with this process. The UPS itself has good backup capacity about 50 min for one PC and a 27" monitor and I do like the PA GUI .. the hardware is good quality thus far.

Batteries are opened, not new
The price is unbeatable, but they are not new, unopened. I bought 3 of these, all were opened, one was not even charged. Asked for refund on that one.

Perfect for my needs, I'm happy with it
I use laptops, so they have built in batteries, obviously. However, power flickers still mess everything up with the docking stations, often requiring me to reboot anyway to get the docks reconnected. My entire office is now run through this UPS. 1 USB-C dock, 1 Thunderbolt eGPU dock, 2x 65w laptops, and a 50" TV Display. It sometimes beeps about overpower (330w) when I first plug the second laptop in, as it can't supply that if it switches to battery, but otherwise I idle around 200w and peak around 250 when gaming. Power flickers don't fuss with my docks anymore :)

Delivered defective
I ordered the product to replace a failing UPS, but was unable to test the new UPS before the return window closed. The battery that came with the unit was completely depleted, and the UPS started up with a "bad battery" error code the first time I turned it on. Since I was not able to do a return, I purchased a new battery. The unit functioned for 4 days, at which time it started to display the same error. The new battery was almost completely drained, while the unit was connected to power the whole time.

Bust!
Stopped charging after a month of use. Manufacturer replaced it but it was a pain and it took weeks to get it.
