Prefect for a regular traveler
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and we travel 3-4ish times per year. He has used it 3 times now and loves it! It fits everything he needs and eliminated an extra bag. Very happy with it.

Great backpack
Lots of room for storage and organization is good. Used it on an overnight trip and it held everything I needed plus room for snacks. Fits under airline seat. Only thing is the back is not rigid enough so if it is not full it folds over when you put it down. It feels lighter than it looks which is nice, hopefully durability is not compromised.

Better Than the Rest, Bought Two
We ordered these as school bags to replace the trendy NF ones that barely fit anything! I can’t say enough good things. Strong zippers, strong fabric, super easy to clean, and feels light but sturdy at the same time, and excellent padding. The shoe compartment on the bottom perfectly fits a lunchbox, so it keeps my kids lunches separate from their school work all day, they absolutely love this feature. The laptop pocket is a great size, and holds headphones/mouse too. The largest pocket is great for folders, and the exterior pocket fits a windbreaker without having to keep shoving it in and out of their bags all day around their paperwork. It’s super comfortable and adjustable. They’re very pleased with the phone pocket as well. Truly the best backpacks we’ve ever owned.

Zipper designed poorly
The zipper to the main compartment. Literally jams and get caught on the fabric flap. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to close or open this thing. Horrible design.
