IT's disappointing to me. Because I bought this particularly for the function of making "soft boiled egg" and "hot spring egg", yet neither was delivered. The eggs came out super liquidy to the point my husband had to microwave his to make sure it's cooked. to be clearm the yolk was solid and the white is so liquid that it barely seem cooked, which is the opposite of hot spring eggs. My parents had an egg steamer before, which worked perfect until it gave out. I chose this one thinking it could deliver the same result compare to other cheaper options on Amazon. Dont waste your money if you want those soft yolk eggs. very disappointed.

I ordered 2 of these from Amazon. It's not the best egg cooker, but it's quite easy to use, especially for young kids.

I was totally excited to get this egg cooker traditionally like everyone else. I have boil the eggs on the stove, but it’s always a guessing game. They recommend eight minutes of boiling, but I always mess it up either eight minutes after the water starts boiling you put the eggs in or do we put the eggs in then wait for it to get to complete boil then wait eight minutes after that then is ready. It’s either I end up with eggs that are overcooked or undercooked and it was very rare chances I get eggs that are perfectly cooked When I boil them with this there is no guessing put the eggs in set the timer it’s ready to go clean up as a breeze my eggs come out perfect every time there is no guessing and I have one item don’t need to pull out any pots. Any water or anything like that simply use this I totally recommend it.
