High quality and very effective
I took this product for 14 days to treat b12 deficiency. The fatigue is gone, my head becomes clear. I may take more in the coming days in less frequency to maintain my b12 level.

Not for me
I waited to finish my entire bottle before I gave an opinion. Well, I never got that burst of energy others spoke of from these plain little capsules that had me wondering if they were legit. I actually felt uncomfortable. That being said, I’m going back to Naturemade Super B Complex.
