12V Mini Electric Linear Actuator 1.2 inch Stroke, Speed 0.6inch/s, 60N/14lb, Waterproof Linear Motion Actuator w/Mounting Brackets for Cabinet, Window Opener, Robot Projects

I purchased the 1.2” version. It is quite compact and looks to be well made. The linear motion is smooth and consistent with endstop limit switches at both ends. Power consumption is 65mA under no load. My use-case is very light duty (opening an outdoor gate latch once a day), so won’t be anywhere approaching its limits. Shall see how it holds up over time.

Does a good job on a light duty motion activation setup.

Nice compact little actuator. This is probably typical of actuators, but it takes a little time to spin down when you disconnect the power. If you need precise movement you need something more like a step motor. My use is to adjust the throttle on a snow blower. full throttle and idle will be easy, but something in between will be hit or miss.

Works great. Very powerful in a small package

Works great until it doesn’t, went through two then gave up. I’d say the best built piece could be put through harsh conditions every day and only last up to 6 months
