Lit fire engine lego set.
Great little set, got this for my grandson for Christmas, considering the price and easy to build design it's perfect for kids.

Great set
The LEGO City Fire Engine set is awesome! It was really fun to build, not too complicated, and has lots of cool little details like the ladder, hose, and accessories. The fire truck itself looks great once it’s finished, and it’s sturdy enough to play with, not just display. The minifigures are a nice addition too, and they make the set feel even more complete. It’s a good size—not too big, but still impressive—and fits perfectly with other LEGO City sets. Overall, it’s a fun, creative set that kids will love playing with, and adults will enjoy building too. Definitely worth it if you’re a LEGO fan!

Fun and easy build
I always pay close attention to sets aimed at younger children because the balance matters a lot. Too fiddly and interest disappears quickly. Too basic and the whole thing is over in no time. Mine landed in a fairly good middle ground. It felt approachable, easy to follow, and gave a nice little sense of achievement once built, which is exactly what I want from an early set. What I liked most was how welcoming it felt for a younger child. My daughter could get involved without the whole thing becoming frustrating, and my son naturally stepped in to help without taking over completely. That made it feel like something the two of them could enjoy together rather than one child watching the other. I value that quite a lot, especially in a small home where shared play tends to work best. Once built, mine also had enough life in it to keep the play going. Rescue themes always do well here, and there was plenty of pretending, rushing about, and little made-up emergencies round the living room. I like sets that offer a clear play pattern straight away, and mine definitely did that. I stopped at four stars because I would have liked just a touch more to stretch the experience further. The fun was there, though it did feel a little brief. Still, for younger builders, mine did a lot right and made for a very pleasant little set.

Great set, perfect for young fingers
Great set for young minds. It's perfect for small fingers as it doesn't have too many small pieces. You get the printed instructions or you can use the Lego builder app on your phone/tablet and you get amazing 3D instructions how to assemble it. A great job from Lego!!!
