Question 1

Will this product keep cats from scratching on certain spots on carpeting?

Accepted Answer

The product is a cleaner and repellent. If you are looking for just a repellent we suggest using the Nature's Miracle Scratching Deterrent Spray or Nature's Miracle Pet Block. The scents in these product repel and help prevent cats from returning to the treated areas. So be sure not to spray it on anything the cat needs access to. Question 2

Does it help with keeping cat from urinating in same spot?

Accepted Answer

NO! Not at all. It is nothing more than soap and water with some essential oils added. The only Nature’s Miracle product that I have found that works is the “Urine Destroyer just for cats”. It does not stop them from returning however. But the more you can remove the smell of their urine, the less they will be attracted to the smell and so pee there again.

Question 3

My cat goes to my neigbours small patch of dirt to use the bathroom, will this help me to deter him from going there.

Accepted Answer

Good question! Most cats dislike the smell of this product. So the scent deters cats from the treated area and helps prevent them from returning to it. The product is intended for use inside the home. We do not know how effective it would be on dirt. For more help contact Nature's Miracle at PetSupport@spectrumbrands.com or call 1-800-645-5154.

Question 4

Will this stop the neighbor's cat from entering my backyard and killing the birds I like to feed and watch?

Accepted Answer

The repellent scents in this product will deter most cats and help prevent them from returning to the treated area. The product is intended for use inside your house. For more help contact Nature's Miracle at PetSupport@spectrumbrands.com or call 1-800-645-5154.
