I bought this item when my van's battery died and unfortunately we were unable to open the bonnet to jump start the battery directly!So i used this item to easily charge my vans battery from my car, although my van's battery beyond a simple jump start this product was very useful and easy to use.I now keep it in my car encase i ever breakdown and i know that i have a quick and easy product to help me get back on the road again!

Brilliant bit of kit. It's really well made. It has good quality secure safety fused plug(s) and a practical long thick cable. The display is really helpful, firstly by letting you you if you should proceed at all. And if all is ok to proceed, how the top-up charging is going and when (and if) it's safe to try and re-start the flat battery car. Much, much easier (and safer) than trying to explain to a 'non-technical' person where to put ordinary jump lead clips, and in what order ( + & - ), and more importantly where NOT to put ordinary jump-lead clips! (conventional jump leads have to carry potentially dangerous high currents. In inexperienced 'hands', conventional jump leads can cause serious damage to the car, other people, start a fire or even cause death to the user). These Charge and Go Car to Car Starters are a much safer option.

Awful product which will let you down in an emergency.This product does not work, I bought it to travel to the continent and when I try using it failed to work. I try to use it with different cars a Renault laguna, vw golf and a ford and did not work.The electronic display is confusing and gives the wrong reading when charging the battery.I put it in the bin after 6 weeks.

Very good gadget. I had to start a ford c-max which has a battery located in worst possible place to attach conventional jump leads. This made starting it a breeze. Very happy.

I could not be more impressed; by far the fastest and easiest way to start a car when the battery is low. No fuss due to the 12 volt plug, simple instructions to follow and the desired result in just a few minutes.

Fine standby emergency start

Tried this on a bmw x5 petrol 3 litre.Didn’t work.Eventually called out RAC and they jump started the car.As the battery is hidden under the air suspension pump under Spare wheel well and lpg tank sits that then RAC co couldn’t test the battery.However if the car is tur noned over and driven the battery still retains a charge and startsBasically this item didn’t provide sufficient umph to crank the engine.The donner/ charging car was another 3 litre petrol vehicle so it’s not as if it shouldn’t support the function.Think I’ll be buying a jump start pack in future

si vous ne voulez pas ouvrir votre capot et si vous n,etes pas presse par le tempscet appareil vous conviendrasi vous etes presse par le temps et si vous savez repererer le + et le - d'une batteriecet appareil ne vous conviendra pasIl faut 20 minutes et plus pour que votre batterie un peu dechargee puisse soit operante à nouveauavec ce streetwise chargerles pinces crocodiles de demarrage sont plus utiles que ce gadget
