Can anyone confirm it works on windows 11?

It does work on Windows 11. I had some issues with it initially a lot of drift. But there was a Windows Update that fixed the issue so make sure to grab the update.

How do you turn this off when not using it?

Don't worry, the controller turns off after about 2-5 minutes of inactivity.
