For them I recommend taking it in the AM, while for myself I take it around 9pm, it helps me get deep sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. I returned to college last year to pursue a doctorate and welcomed any memory and mental acuity help I could get. That being said, I have tried numerous vitamins, supplements, etc. over the years and have come to believe in very few. This is one I truly believe is effective. I'm not saying you're going to get smarter, start cracking atoms in your kitchen nor launching celestial rovers from your backyard (unless you're already wont to do such things). However, this product did make me feel sharper and seem to improve my recall memory, by way of faster processing, almost immediately. As I mentioned I test out quite a few supplements and, when I feel like something new I am trying doesn't work, I generally do not tell anyone about it. Because I believe in this one I told my girlfriend and she started taking it. She too felt like it enhanced her memory and acuity right away; enough that she even wanted to kick in for the next supply of what she affectionately refers to as "brain pills." Finally, I am always looking for the most bang for the buck and that briefly led me to another company's version. It was still a softgel and same dosage, but not soy-free. While I don't know if that was the only issue with it, I do feel like it was less effective if not completely ineffective. So I'm back with Natural Bioscience because, in my opinion, it works and is the best buy for phosphatidyl serine on Amazon.

I decided to take 3 a day, 1 with each meal. This is not a recommendation to anyone else; just a personal choice. I ordered 90 capsules, so this first month supply, for me, has given me plenty of time to notice the benefits of this Product. It has helped in all 3 areas, and I am ready to re-order. The gel cap is a little larger than I would choose, but I do not want to reduce my mg. to get a smaller gelcap. I still have occasional sleepless nights, but usually happens when I eat a very late supper. My fit-bit says this has been my best month of sleep since January 2016. I know it is correct, because I have had more energy and haven't been as grumpy this month. I just recently discovered this product and have been very pleased with it so far. Before purchasing it, though, I did a little research on it. Studies have shown to increase cognitive function in Alzheimer's patients so I thought it was worth a try! I'm a student in an accelerated health care program so there is a lot of information I'm required to learn on a weekly basis and this product does seem like it helps me to stay more focused, I'm able to study for longer without getting burnt out, and I'm able to retain more. I'm definitely going to continue using this product!
