I had a bad experience with this one. The first issue is that there is some rattling around when you shake it lightly. Support team replace with new one. Then after one and a half months, the DPI doesn't work. I had to return it. Btw, great support.

Side buttons feel cheap, main mouse buttons have an unsatisfactory click to them, the mouse is lightweight but build quality isn't good. Sensor is good but inconsistent at times. Needs improvement in manufacturing.

Good quality product, may be a little surprised about the initial usage because it has the same problem as the software, takes time to understand. The product is fine, the price is reasonable, the delivery is fast, impressed.
