Been taking these for a while along side marine collagen - skins seems better, hair no different and joints are ok but am 56 so who knows! Not a great smell

I have been taking this product for over three months now so I feel I can now offer an objective opinion. I'm 53 and work a very physically demanding job. I have been suffering with tennis elbow in both arms, and a sore shoulder for almost two years. Tried physio, ibuprofen, ibulieve but none really had any lasting effect. Was super keen to avoid surgery but was running out of options. Within two weeks of taking this product, there was a noticeable improvement in my shoulder and after a month, my elbows and forearms started feeling normal again. Two months later, I can confidently say that my shoulder is now fully cleared up. The tennis elbow is 85-90% better and I reckon in a month or so, they could potentially be clear too. Added bonus - there has been a visible improvement with my skin. I work outdoors so my skin can take quite a beating but since adding collagen to my daily routine, I'm not quite as leathery as I usually am! I have heartily recommended this product to work colleagues who have been nursing similar injuries to mine and they are happy with their progress too. Reasonable sized capsules and easy to swallow.

I haven’t noticed too much difference in my skin but I have definitely noticed a difference in my knee and shoulder joints which have been painful for some time. I will definitely buy again
