Hello is this mid size of less depth than the standard please ? The standard is too high for me as of small stature.

Yes it is but it still higher than I would've liked. It took time for me to adjust. At one time I bought a child's size but that didn't quite do the trick either. Next time I think I will purchase the less firm one. One thing I have noticed is that every time I buy a new pillow, it's still not quite the same as the previous one.
