Update
Bought this in December, the heater didn't work, they sent me a wrong product but eventually made it right by sending me the right part today, now I can heat my bed and sleep in it!

It's only in Chinese.
The heater controller is in Chinese. Not very useful in the English speaking countries like USA. The instructions are 90% Chinese. Again useless to USA standards. I also wonder if my review will be posted since it was the only review here. I'm almost expecting them to delete it.
