I purchased 2 of these monitors and absolutely love them, I travel a lot so perfect with the light weight and the service is quick too and. Experience with uperfect is perfect, I’d be buying my next gear from them again in the future. Purchased a bag for protection during travel.

This portable monitor is awesome, extremely thin, great quality picture and nice refresh rate. I love that it is powered with usb c. Great price to performance. I bought this because my 14” laptop screen was a bit too small to game on while on the road. I like how I can use a fire stick to use it like a tv or hook my laptop up to game. Solid purchase.

This is a true 120 HZ .1m response time monitor. I have tried it with an fps (Black Ops 7) game on my Xbox rog ally x and it exceeded my expectations. This is a gamers dream, at a fraction of the cost of a gaming monitor. Build quality is top notch and the kick stand is premium metal. If I had to critique it in any way is that the kick stand has to be slightly open to expose the ports. I still prefer this over a flimsy cover stand. Both usb c cables included do PD and display rather than just PD. Something that other portable monitors don't offer. Customer service is also very responsive and very informative. Thank you Uperfect for putting a quality item into the market.

I would like to share my experience with both the product and the after-sales service. Unfortunately, the monitor did not fully meet my expectations in terms of compatibility, type c port wasn't working with my tablet and mobile, rest was good with laptop. However, I would like to highlight the after-sales support provided by Jesscy. Although there was an initial delay due to the Chinese New Year holiday, she handled the situation professionally and respectfully. She clearly explained the reason for the delay, acknowledged my concerns, and worked with the relevant department to offer a compensation solution in terms of partial refund. Throughout the process, she remained polite, patient, and responsive. While the product experience was not ideal, the customer service effort to resolve the matter is appreciated.
