Centrum Fruity Chews have that familiar tablet taste the moment they hit your tongue, but once you bite into them it fades quickly as the fruity flavours take over. They’re still on the larger side, yet much easier to take since you chew them rather than swallow them whole. The flavour is surprisingly pleasant, making them a great alternative if — like me — you struggle with traditional tablets.

Pleasant taste, easy to crunch - I have a very sensitive gag reflex, and struggle a lot with any form of tablets, so these are an easy way to take added vitamins without the hassle and unpleasantness of choking and retching on a tablet.

Since purchasing these for the first time in a health store I've never had any other multi vitamin, as these are one of the best, if not the best, out there.The taste is truly amazing, just like sweets! They remind me of the candy lollipops in texture and taste but look like extra large tablets!Chewable which is of much use and appreciation.The recommended dose is two a day, there are 30 provided so that is why I opted to subscribe to 2 tubs monthly.These help assist my meds with a sleep disorder and they also assist me with any nutrients and vitamins lacking from my food balancing out the correct intake levels nicely.Size is approx the same length as the brush part of a mascara wand and nearly two of these wide and deep.

They taste awful and even if you drink after the taste stays in your mouth. I haven't been taking them long enough to see if they 'help' at all but they don't make me feel sick like my sanatogen A-Z do.

I am not very good at swallowing tablets, imagine, if you will, a Penguin choking down a Mackerel and you are there. In my occasional attempts to be healthy I will sometimes decide to take multivitamins and my multivitamin of choice is Centrum Chewables. The first thing you should be aware of is that you need two a day therefore each pack of 30 will only do 15 days. I did not see this on the product before I purchased and my planned 90 days of vitamins will only last me 45.The vitamins themselves are quite pleasant to chew, they are quite hard and take a little crunching to get going but overall the taste is pleasant. Have these improved my health? I don't know.In conclusion i find the tablets a little expensive but pleasant enough and will continue to take them.
