Fits most tripods and cameras well. Lightweight build makes it easy to carry, though it’s not ideal for heavy gear. Locks in securely enough for casual use. Good value for the price.

This does not fit my Vivitar V3000 as advertised. I had to file it down to get it to sort of fit. Super thin plastic.

Fitted perfectly in my existing tripod! Lost mine in a NH roadtrip 😅 but this was very affordable.
