I bought this to help with constipation caused by post-surgery painkillers, as I wanted something mild to gently get things moving again. I started with one tablet as recommended, taking it before bed. The tablets themselves are small and I found them easy to swallow. By the next morning (around 8 hours later), it had worked and things were noticeably easier than before. It wasn’t harsh or sudden, just enough to help things along. I didn’t experience any side effects while using this over a couple of days, which I really appreciated. Overall, this worked well for occasional use and did exactly what I needed it to do. I’d be happy to use it again if needed.

Definitely works, and fast! I took at 10pm before bed and it woke me at 5! Only downside is the cramps they are very very intense, so for that reason I probably won’t use again 🥲. Other than that does the job!

Really appreciate having these to hand when needed. I’ve found that for me it works best to take 1 at lunch time and then by the evening I’m all sorted and have happily been to the toilet. I tried a few times using them overnight but for some reason found they weren’t working for me, I’m not sure if that’s because I take regular daily medication in the evening before bed. I do get some cramping right before I go to the toilet but it’s nothing worse than the period pains I get and I’m always happy to know they’re doing the job to be honest. These are such a great price and I wouldn’t be without them now!
