I was on the fence when ordering this I had bought two of them. One started have some issues. through amazon I was able to get ahold of the company and WOW their customer service beyond helpful. They ship me a new one right away and sent me a return label to send the old one back. I was dreading a long hope i give up back and forth emails. Nope I think a total of 4 emails and a new one was ship express. Blew me away. If you are on the fence about any of their products, jump off that fence a go with this company I highly recommend they stand behind their products and give more than any other company I've dealt with. Pricing and customer service 10 star by me. Get one yourself and see. they have a lot of features like remote control. Yeah you can drive you vacuum in the pool. you wont be disappointed.

This pool vacuum does a great job and was easy to set up. Great value for the money.

Stoped working

Updating my review - The product broke within a year, one of the suction motors on the unit. The unit was very easy to work on, and at first I was annoyed as I couldn't find anything online to purchase the replacement parts. I reached out to customer service and providing a copy of the invoice, model and serial they sent me a replacement pump and now the unit is working again ---

I purchased mine in March of 2025. I’d give it 3 stars for cleaning performance. When I pull the unit from the water, small debris falls back in to the pool, which is annoying. Overall it does a good job in the summer when there’s not a lot of leaves blowing around. I have a lot of trees around my pool, so it can’t keep up in the spring and fall. I use my Polaris at those times. Last week the unit died completely. All I get is a blinking orange light on the unit. After a couple of emails being sent back and forth, I received a brand new unit via FedEx. Overall I give the unit 3 stars, and the customer service 5 stars.

I have purchased many pool cleaner robot. This one is the best. First, it looks pretty cool, and the design for the handle made me feel so comfortable when I grab it. Second, it has a huge space trash tank inside, and easy to take out and put in. Third, the battery and the body of the robot are separate, I think it can extend the service life. Forth, the seller is pretty nice, and he/she replied me very quick. Fifth, the robot really did good job of cleaning, the suction is powerful, it can even pick up the falling tiles from the wall. I also can control it with my cellphone.

Great little device. It is light enough to handle. Holds enough charge for a few cycles. Only complaint is when i take it out. Have to pay extra attention to how you pull it from the water to prevent it from opening up on the intakes and dumping some of the debris. But that is very minor learning curve. Hope to get few years out of it. The app has bad reviews but i have had no issues with it. Works fine.
