Tastes delicious and love that it’s healthy too. I can’t say for certain it’s what helps but I have maintained a great supply 3 months in. I also use this by putting it into my own version of lactation cookies (reducing the additional sugar and cocoa powder accordingly). Pray I continue to maintain my supply for much longer!

I picked up the HOTTEA MAMA “Go With The Flow” hot chocolate out of curiosity while breastfeeding, and overall it’s a nice little treat with a functional twist. The flavour is actually really enjoyable—rich and chocolatey without being overly sweet. The 41% cacao gives it a slightly more grown-up taste compared to standard hot chocolate, which I personally prefer, especially for an evening drink. I like the idea behind it too. It includes brewer’s yeast, which is often linked to supporting milk supply, so it feels like you’re doing something beneficial while also having a comforting drink. Whether it made a huge difference is hard to say, but it’s a nice addition to the routine. It mixes fairly well with hot milk, although I found it takes a bit of stirring to get completely smooth. Not a major issue, just worth noting if you’re in a rush. The main downside is the price—it’s definitely more expensive than your average hot chocolate, so it feels more like an occasional treat rather than an everyday staple. Overall, a tasty and comforting option with potential benefits for breastfeeding mums, even if the results aren’t guaranteed. Strong 4 stars.

Can't say it's helped my supply certainly not as advertised. Taste takes a little getting used to. Ordered a second bag in the hope it will increase supply

I saw mixed reviews on tiktok saying this didn’t taste nice but I thought this tasted delicious! I didn’t drink enough to see results though

Disappointed with the taste, its bitter and just doesnt taste good at all in my opinion. I suggest if u wanna try this but dont like it, mix it with the Horlicks hot chocolate or any other brand. Also, doesnt really help milk supply, its a lie.

Great tasting hot chocolate. I used oat milk with it and i was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted given other reviews mentioned bad taste. I have noticed a small increase in my supply within a day (from 30oz a day to 34oz) so seems to do what it promises to !
