Hi, I’ve noticed that the Katie doll is twice the price of the others in its category, does it come with extra features/accessories to justify this?

It is a while since I bought this, I don't think it was more expensive back then. It didn't come with anything different. Lovely puppet, well made, I am pleased with it. Those that were more expensive didn't come from the same maker.I thought this one was reasonably priced.

Does this puppet has a stick attached to its hand?

The hand puppets do not have the arm rod attached. The larger, ventriloquist style versions do. Thanks! Silly Puppets

Is there anywhere I can get change off clothes and shoes etc as my daughter likes to do this quite often she absolutely loves her puppet she has susie

The clothes don’t come off the puppet but she could put other clothes over the top. The company frilly lily makes dolls clothes but not sure any would fit this puppet.

I am an adult male with fairly large hands? Would i be able to operate this puppet?

Although adults can use the 14" hand puppets, as you have fairly large hands, we would recommend the 25" ventriloquist puppets, as these have more room ~ Silly Puppets
