Follow Up - I have had it for a little over a month. It is performing great. I started out at 30 minutes a day and I am up to almost 3 hours a day. The motor is plenty strong enough. It was a good purchase and would do it again. I am recovering from a spinal fusion surgery and limited in what exercises that I can do. The box was heavy and large, but the assembly was rather easy, just have a 2nd or 3rd assistant. This treadmill is far exceding my expectations. This treadmill had the wider deck width, as my balance has been off and I felt the wider deck was safer. The footprint is larger than I expected, but when folded it is not near as large. I have had it for about 3 weeks and my endurance has increased from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours per session. I am hoping to find a discount for the Pro Membership in January (new years resolution) as I am on a fixed income and would like to access all of the features. No regrets at all, it is a great machine

I’ve been on the phone the WhOLE morning trying to speak with someone, so far I’ve been returned to the main menu 3 times and hung out the phone 3 times. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A BOG HEADACHE AND BUT A MORE PROFESSIONAL BRAND. You never know when you will need assistance and honestly this service sucks 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴

Great product!! I run 3-4 times/week in a hot and humid climate so a treadmill was a must - I did a lot of research before purchasing and this hits the mark - the belt has great spring, it's quiet, my favorite detail is the built in fan (it's strong!). Delivery was difficult. This machine is HEAVY. But solid, I have not doubts on the durability and it was easy to put together once we got it in place (took 2 strong people). The only changes I'd make to a new version it is to make it Zwift compatible and make the interface/home page better for people who do not want the NordicTrack iFit membership.

After weeks of researching, I finally decided on the NordicTrack Commercial 1250 model. I have to say, I am very impressed. The quality is fantastic. It’s a heavy duty model and not flimsy at all. My husband assembled the machine all on his own, in less than two hours. He said assembly was straightforward, the machine was just a little heavy, which is a testament to how solid it is. I use it mostly for walking at an incline but have ran on it as well and it’s been great. The screen is very clear and a great size. I have not added the IFit package on yet, but it is likely something I’ll do in the very near future. My only wish is that when purchasing the machine they would give you a trial period to access the Ifit videos to ‘try’ before deciding to commit. It’s a little pricey in my opinion. I’m very pleased with this model and highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get their exercise in at home versus going to a gym. It’s been a game changer!

This is the best treadmill! Customer service is amazing and very helpful! Super quiet and the folding feature makes it fit in many places and More functional and easy to do ( not heavy at all)! I have been suprised by how sturdy and reliable this machine has been! Overall highly recommend it is a great price for what you get!

Thankfully. Amazon’s customer service is top tier, otherwise I would have been stuck with this boat anchor. This is not a treadmill, this is a device Nordictrack makes to siphon money out of your bank account. It is not really usable without a $500.00 annual subscription. It takes almost 15 minutes to boot up everyone you turn it on and you have to take a picture of a QR code EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU WANT TO USE IT. I don’t need “likes” when I exercise and I don’t give a hoot about social media. This is a “Facebook” treadmill. If you are desperately seeking validation from strangers on the internet when you go for a walk, this is the thing for you. If you want something you turn on, excercise and then move on with your day, this is not the thing for you.

This was a Christmas gift for our family. Best gift ever! It was put together in about an hour, great instructions. The whole family is using it now, so easy to run a quick mile or several preparing the kids for soccer or track season. So easy to use! I love the world adventures using IFit. The motion of the treadmill follows the trainer. I am one to easily get distracted and bored. This is a game changer, I am using it every night and training in areas around the world. The trainers are fantastic and teach you things about the country. So happy we purchased this, do not hesitate. Amazon was great to work with as well!

First and foremost, the treadmill is made for commercial profit, not for your health as of this writing 2/7/25. Used for a month. Roughly 2-4 times a week at 20 minutes each The whole treadmill IFIT app is specifically designed to force you to sign up for a premium account. To create your own custom workout you will need to sign up for a pro account so you can forget about creating your own interval run. From the amazon pictures, the 2023 model the incline/speed adjust is on the side of the machine and it looks to be 'physical' buttons. I didn't notice the 2024 would be built into the display. Possible reason why it was built into the screen is to force you to sign up for a membership: 1. The incline/speed adjust scrolls like your phone... so if you need to change it, you would first have to scroll to the speed you want and tap.. and if you know, its like trying to run and tap the speed you want and HOPE it registers it as a tap instead of a scroll... which is never if you run above 6+mph. This can easily be fixed if they moved the incline/speed to the bottom of the screen and making it a fixed bar (or have the speed the user wishes to have displayed) but good luck.. ifit is more profitable. 2. if you got the 1250 model and wish to show the stats on the bottom, you will only be able to see 4 increments on the incline/speed adjust. removing the stats bar will display 5. From my video upload, you can see the app is buggy. 1 out of 10 quick start runs, the incline/speed adjust is not responding. I have to exit the app and start again. No, removing the "key" does not power down the machine. You will have to either unplug it or switch it off from the main switch. Yes it has prime and netflix.. yes you will have to sign up for IFIT to have the privilege of using that feature.. key word on using.. no, signing up for ifit does not give you a membership to either apps. I just built a rack for about 10 dollars to put my tablet on and connect to my BT speakers So if you wish to use this for a steady pace run then yes this will do. It has some random free programs but it may not match what you want. Did not use the fan nor built in speakers. I gave it an extra star for motor and construction build. Although it is not a lifetime warranty... When this craps out, i will look for an alternative that doesn't have ifit. Probably Horizon. Would have returned this one but was too much of an hassle. At 29 dollars a month (2 yr plan) or 39 monthly plan, just join a gym. From what I've read, the most used feature was the 'create your own workout'. And yes, that is behind the paywall now.
