Soft steel that chipped all down the blade on first sharpening. Handle snapped first time crushing garlic. 2cm tang in the handle means that in no way, is this knife robust. Poor quality all round. Looks expensive, very cheap in reality. Infinitely better knives on the market for a similar price

Great for soft vegies no so good as all round blade
Very sharo straight of the box, the blade is so soft it got a dent while cutting chicken breast with a soft bone.

Really poor quality, stain on blade and handle cheap lightweight plastic. Metal inlay not finished properly on handle and all jagged and rough. Also made in china. Fake.

Das Messer ist sehr scharf! Habe mich direkt beim ersten Auspacken geschnitten… allerdings nach zwei Monaten Benutzung fängt die Klinge an rosten??? Hätte vielleicht vorher darauf achten müssen, dass es nicht rostfrei ist…
