No Customer support phone no of this brand only email which thy hardly reply. I purchased two soup makers from here. I returned one unit within the return window without any issue. However, the second unit, which I kept, developed a serious defect after one month of use. On the last night, golden part frm lid came out n now I'm nt able to wash lid properly. After every use we have to wash lid but I'm nt able to wash. It's really unhygienic. Unfortunately, I missed returning this unit within the return window because the problem occurred on the very last day of return . Since then, I have been trying to contact the company, but there is no direct customer care number, only an email system. Their responses are extremely delayed — in one case, I received a reply only after seven days, and once my email was not replied to at all. Due to the lack of proper customer support and the defective product, I approached Amazon for help. Initially, I requested a refund, but I was informed that only a replacement would be provided only by the brand. Now I'm stuck as im nt having any customer support system.

Awesome product for those seeking to have fresh home made hot soup . My receipe has carrots, Ghiya, Amla , turmeric . Ginger , garlic , corriender .., and the result is amazing… very satisfied with product., it delivers what it promised

Using this for a week now. Quite happy with the build quality of the product it doesn't feel cheap at all. Working quite good, sandwiches are really easy to cook with it. Doesn't burn or destroys the taste. Wire length is also good. Overall a decent product

The concept is very good. It is a hassle free soup maker so that you can just put everything in and forget the rest. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the switch panel. It has a digital display with a barely palpable press switch. This makes the switch response erratic and we have to turn it off and restart hoping for it to stop at the desired mode

I will not recommend this Fumato soup maker at all. From the first day itself, the product had issues and would not power on. I requested a replacement the very next day, but there was no response from the seller. Later, I somehow managed to power it on, but even then it did not work at all. The power comes on, but none of the functions work. Very bad product and a complete waste of money. Not even worth one star.

It's a really good product. I tried to make mushroom soup in it. Worth Buying.
