A NIGHTMARE TO ASSEMBLE AND PARTS MISSING
This is by far the WORST bed frame I have ever purchased. It was $500, and they delivered it with MISSING PIECES. I could not put it together. So we had to sleep on our king mattress just on the floor while waiting for the parts. The parts arrive, and then we notice hardware is missing. So we go to two hardware stores attempting to purchase the right things. It was a nightmare. After realizing this just won’t get put together we contacted Amazon for a return and refund. I would not recommend this manufacturer again.

Directions a bit confusing
We wanted to upgrade to a king bed without buying an entirely new bedroom suite. This bed is very pretty and matches our other furniture perfectly and the quality is decent. Directions were a bit unclear as we were putting it together, but we figured it out. Took a couple hours to assemble.

Love it
This bed really surprised me, very solid and handsome, and was easy to build (did it myself, no help). Doesn't creak, doesn't wobble, doesn't look cheap (looks like I would have paid 3 times what I actually did). Rather heavy, but that's what you want in a king bed frame. Arrived quickly and without a scratch. Yeah, very pleased with this purchase.

Terrible quality
Very bad paint job, so many paint flaws. Difficult to put together. When I received, half the hardware was missing. They sent it after my request 2 days later.

Nice but some issues
Nice looking bed but wood is thin and there are several gouges in the wood. The gouges are on the wall side of the headboard so we decided to just deal with them. There are unpainted pieces of wood that show underneath the end of the bed that reinforce the slats. We decided to just deal with those too and paint them. Hopefully the bed will hold up since it cost over $500 and we went through all the trouble to put it together.

It’s beautiful and we love it.
The one we received was damaged and assembly took us 4 hours. Instructions were difficult to understand, a video would be extremely helpful. The headboard could be thicker as it’s a bit thin but it’s beautiful and matches our Porter bedroom furniture. The company is sending us replacement part for the damaged side rail. Overall we are happy with it.
