Yes it did include the doll. All that is seen on the picture. Really good set my daughter loved it.

I bought this for my daughters birthday and strange enough it doesnt have the shopping trolley or the blue bag with the set

Mine did so you may have had a faulty set. I would see if they can replace it.

Two reviews for the price of one. From my daughters happiness and pleasure it is great and keeps her endlessly occupied so a winner there. From an adult point of view its very over priced for plastic tat, very little in the way of a shop and lots of little bits to get lost and stand on. But she loves it so I will rate it on that.
