I bought the Philosophy Hydrating Shower Gel in Raspberry Sorbet (480 ml) because I wanted a luxury shower gel for special occasions — date nights, events, or just relaxing weekend evenings when you want that extra refreshing, pampered feeling. I picked this up while it was on sale, so the price was reasonable compared to other high-end shower gels. The scent is a soft, berry-like fragrance — gentle and not artificial, which I really like. It creates lots of bubbles and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. However, the scent doesn’t last as long as I hoped. I can smell it lingering faintly for about one to two hours after showering, but that’s it. I was expecting more of a “second layer” scent that stays on your skin longer. For that reason, I’d probably spend a bit more next time on something with a stronger, longer-lasting fragrance. I do love that Philosophy offers a wide range of scents, so maybe some others last longer than this one. Overall, it’s nice to try once, but probably not my first choice for a long-term favorite.
