UPDATE : Customer service is definitely a missing or lacking quality these days among most companies. But not this one, I left my review and shortly after I was contacted directly from this company. They asked a few simple questions about my setup and my intended use. After a few short emails they had determined that I may have purchased the wrong product. Information was exchanged and a new product to *try* was on the way. I can say with absolute certainty they hit the nail on the head with the replacement produce that was sent. READ BEFORE YOU BUY PROS - these cups are 100% better than the stock ear cups, especially on the older nova pros where the noise canceling part touches your ear. CONS - these cups absolutely loose all of the noise canceling features of this headset. So if you want to hear what's going on in the room with you better these are a good purchase
