Good product - but a high daily cost.
I have tried quite a few probiotics and it has to be said that there is an element of "trial and error" involved in finding the best ones for you. A particular formulation that works wonderfully for one person may not work as effectively for someone else. The key starting point for everyone should be to make sure that you select a product from a reputable source with good quality and provenance credentials - On that score, this product from DAYE ticks the right boxes. This particular product requires you to take either one or two tablets per day. Personally, I didn't find that one tablet had any noticeable effect, so after a week I switched to two tablets and that worked noticeably better. At two tablets a day this pack equates to a mere 15 day supply. At the current price of £27.50 for 30 capsules these work out at around £1.83 per day, which is extremely costly when compared with other similar quality probiotics on the market. Even if you felt that one tablet per day met your requirements, these would still work out at more than 90p per day, which is still 50% more than the 60p mark that I would consider a benchmark for good quality probiotics. I have used and reviewed a number of good quality probiotics that have come in at around the 60p per day cost level, which seems to be a fairly decent benchmark cost. Ultimately, the most important factor is whether the probiotics do the job they are intended to do. These have worked pretty well for me. I certainly haven't had any adverse reaction (unsettled stomach, etc) and my system has been reasonably regular. However, the high daily cost would put me off buying this product in future. I hope you find these comments helpful.

Clever Little Probiotics Without the Usual Faff
Picked these up for my wife after she wanted something to support her gut and general microbiome health without the usual list of hard-to-pronounce ingredients or dodgy additives. These ticked a lot of boxes – organic, vegan, capsule-free, and made with simple ingredients. Basically, good stuff without the fluff. What’s clever is that they’re not in capsule form – just tiny tablets you let dissolve in your mouth. Sounds odd at first, but she actually prefers it now – no swallowing big pills, and they’ve got a light taste that’s not offensive (kind of yoghurty, apparently). After a few weeks of taking them daily, she’s said her digestion feels more settled, and her skin’s been clearer too – which she wasn’t expecting but definitely isn’t complaining about. Also worth noting: no bloating or weird side effects, which has happened with other probiotics in the past. Pros: Easy to take – dissolve-in-the-mouth tablets, no capsules Organic, vegan, allergen-friendly – very gentle on the system Subtle improvements to digestion and skin No added nasties or artificial fillers Cons: Slightly unusual format might not be for everyone at first Pricier than some options, but quality’s there If you’re after a probiotic that keeps things clean, simple, and doesn’t come with a list of ingredients longer than your arm, this one’s a brilliant shout. Great for anyone wanting microbiome support without messing about with pills or powders.

Simple formula, slightly awkward tablet, and a bit on the pricey side.
I’ve been trying out this oral probiotic with mixed feelings. On one hand, I do like that it keeps things clean—vegan, organic, no unnecessary fillers—which is something I look for. It also skips the capsule entirely and comes in a tablet form. That sounds fine in theory, but in practice…The tablet is flat, and dry, making it harder to swallow. You really need to drink a lot of water to get it down, and even then, it's not the easiest to take. Taste-wise, there’s not much going for it either. It’s not exactly unpleasant, but you won’t be looking forward to it. Definitely more functional than flavourful. This probiotic sticks to just one strain—Lactobacillus plantarum—with 5 billion CFUs per tablet. Some might see the simplicity as a benefit, especially if they’re after targeted support, but I personally tend to lean toward multi-strain blends. That said, I’m not a microbiologist, so there’s always the possibility that keeping things focused has its own advantages. The biggest drawback is the cost. At £27.50 for 30 tablets, it works out to about £1.83 a day, which is steep when you stack it up against other options offering more strains at a lower price. Whether it’s worth it will probably come down to how well your body responds to this particular strain. It’s a well-intentioned product with clean ingredients and a focused formula, but the delivery method and price do leave some room for improvement.

Expensive at £1 per day. Large tablets and inconsistent dosage advice.
This review is for "Daye ProViotics, 30 Organic, Vegan Oral Probiotics for Women, Support Healthy Microbiome, 5 Billion Live Cells, Allergen Friendly Probiotic, Organic Ingredients, Capsule Free Supplements." This is an expensive product, costing almost £1 per day, taking one tablet each day with food - the tin says you can take two but that is not the recommendation on the product website - a bit concerning that they are inconsistent. The rounded tablets are quite large, and some may find them difficult to swallow. Ignore any reviews that say the tablets are tiny - they are not tiny, being over 1cm across. Also there is no recommendation to let these dissolve in the mouth as has been claimed by another reviewer. The shelf life is good, expiring April 2026 which is more than a one-year life. The price at the time of review was around £28 - a very expensive way to get your probiotics, but maybe a good choice if you need a vegan allergen-free product. There is currently mixed evidence of whether oral probiotics can even reach the areas outside the gut that would normally be treated with suppositories - and yet that seems to be a major selling point of this product, with no quoted evidence. I would be looking for something cheaper that I can trust more.

Perhaps helping a bit
I had a bit of bloating when I initially started these, but it's difficult to say whether it was caused by the probiotics or not as bloating and trapped wind is one of the issues I'd like probiotics to help me with. After a couple of weeks things seemed a bit better, but I can't be sure if my digestion is better than before I started them. Certainly, it is no worse so I will finish the pot. The tablet itself is a bit strange as it is fairly large and quite flat. I haven't had too many problems swallowing it but definitely need a BIG gulp of water with it as it's quite dry and could easily get stuck. A capsule would have been preferable. I like the funky metal packaging and it says you can keep the pot to buy refills, so that's a plus.

No problems, cute eco friendly packaging
Easy to take, cute packaging. They are in tablet form which is a first for probiotics for me I’ve not seen them in tablet form, they’re normally capsules. They are easy to take I didn’t taste anything as it went down, they smell a bit like crisps such as Skips they reminded me of. They advise on the lid of the packaging to keep the container and when you reorder you can reorder a refill, I then noticed the tablets are held in a polystyrene type container - the material of a paper cup that some places offer tea in for example. As I take this type of probiotic already I haven’t noticed any changes but I haven’t noticed any negative side effects either. This has just one type of lactobacillus it’s the plantarum 5billion in each tablet. I tend to prefer a supplement that offers a variety but as I don’t know much about it, it might be a good thing to keep it simple I don’t know. As they’re currently advertised as unavailable I don’t know if they’re good value for money but I wouldn’t pay any more than average personally just because they are a tablet and the unique packaging that comes in a probably slightly more recyclable refill I I what more.

Seem good quality, but too expensive to maintain over time
Very expensive product, not sure why. But appear to be good quality. Interesting packaging - a small tub inside a pot. Tablets, that are fairly large, though not excessively so. I've seen others say they dissolve these in their mouth, but I don't see where it says to do this, so I'm swallowing them. Suggestion is 1-2 a day, so if you take 2 you're going to be spending a lot of money on these over the year! I do like to take a probiotic daily (and I think you will notice a difference over time if you do take them), and whilst these are maybe super quality compared to my usual, personally I couldn't sustain the cost.

High quality live supplement
I don't think this is the greatest value for money as it clocks in at £1 per tablet (£29.99 for 30 at the time of writing this) but it's definitely full of what it promises, without live bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum) that I take in similar supplements my gut feels off and since switching to this I notice no difference so they definitely deliver on the live bacteria promise. These are easy to swallow and great for you but I can't give medical advice please do your own research / ask your Gp. They are effective but not the best value for money in my experience with similar supplements, but they are definitely in the upper tier of quality.

Increase of overall health
So far, I’ve been taking them for a week and I noticed on day 3 that it had improved 🐱 health. TMI, but I’ve always struggled with being more on the creamy sticky side more often during my cycle vs the clear lubricated side of things. This has significantly decreased the creamy portion of my cycle and has allowed the clear to present itself more prominently. All around it just FEELS better and healthier. I’m going to give it some time to see how it does during my entire cycle; but so far, good things with this supplement.
