Great product for the price
This Hbada chair is comfortable for long workdays and offers good support, especially in the lower back. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest make it easy to dial in a setup that feels natural, and the flip-up armrests are surprisingly convenient. It rolls smoothly and feels stable without being bulky. A solid ergonomic chair for home office use.

Easy assemble and good (not excellent) quality for the price.
Easy to assemble, with a manual that provides clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Good Quality. Comfortable for my 8-10 hrs of work time. Not as much back support but good enough. The chair have the functionality I need which is be able to adjust seat height and lean back a little. Neck support is good.

A good office chair for the price
A very good office chair with good support for the price. I would not recommend this chair for heavy and large people. The chair requires assembly, and is not the best engineered chair as far as assembly. The arms can be moved out of the way and is great for guitar players. The height of the chair may be too low for some uses, and the chair does not really recline, but has some give. Now for the test of time…

Ergonomic office chair
I am giving this a 5 star it arrived earlier than expected which is good. It is a good quality product, very comfy and the lumbar support is a big help on my back as well as the head rest. I highly recommend this ergonomic chair. Plus the price was reasonable at the time of purchase. I am not sure if the price change after.

Doesn't recline
Would only be better if I could stop my cat from clawing on it.

Be careful if you need to pull out the headrest. Great customer service.
Update: The customer service is excellent. The team reached out, apologized and offered their full support to rectify the situation. I told them I like the chair and would like to keep it (without the headrest of course). Original Review: The chair is good, but the headrest is too forward ahead and was getting uncomfortable, so I had to pull it out. The design of the headrest removal mechanism is so bad that you can hurt yourself. The instructions say "place it (headrest) on the lowest point and then pull it out with force" ... seriously, pull something towards your face with force? How does this pass safety standard? The force required to pull is really hard. 2 people tried and gave up thinking they might break the chair, and then I finally pulled it but it slammed on my face.

The arm rests have literally no padding in them, so I took them off because they actually hurt my elbows, but after that the chair isn't terrible. The lumbar support is a little low, mostly supporting the pelvis area, but that might be by design. The seat cushion is okay for a few hours of sitting, but I wouldn't use this if you're sitting in the chair 8+ hours a day. The customer service is great though, and they do have a 3-year warranty, so overall it's not bad. Seems like Hbada might be a good brand, but this specific model is probably not their best chair design.
