Takes some getting used to but can correct vertigo if used the right way! Definitely helps with pain relief although feels like a torture device while getting used to it! I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it! It looks good and is good value for money 👍🏻

This was shockingly simple and effective at fixing my neck issues but also my shoulder pain which I suppose must have been related to nerve entrapment at the neck. Now my shoulders lie more symmetrical to each other and it instantly relieves any neck, shoulder or upper back pain

I've only had this for a week so far. I have used it every day at least once. Easy to use but follow instructions and start on the concave side. I started on the concave side as suggested in the instructions and yesterday, after about 6 uses, I was able to progress to the convex side. So far I can not see a difference, I have a neck hump, but I can feel a difference. Will continue using and update review of any visual change. It gives a very nice stretch. After using, I feel like my neck is longer and straighter. Similar to the feeling after a good neck massage.
