The only thing that actually helps me sleep (Better than Melatonin!)
I have tried countless sleep aids and combinations, but this tea is the only one that truly works for me. Unlike melatonin, which often gives me vivid and uncomfortable dreams, this tea relaxes me in a natural way. It doesn't make me feel "heavily drugged" or groggy; it just prepares my body for a very peaceful, deep sleep. My routine and tips: Timing: I usually drink it about 30 minutes before bed. However, if you are someone who tends to wake up during the night to use the bathroom, I recommend drinking it at least an hour before sleep so it doesn't interrupt your rest. Best sleepy tea ever!
Best sleepy tea ever! I have insomnia. I have a hard time getting my brain to shut off and fall asleep. I have a hard time staying asleep and not being woken up by sounds. And then a hard time falling back to sleep. Not anymore with two of these tea bags! I fall asleep within 10 minutes or so of laying my head on the pillow and I’m out! I sleep hard unless I wake up to pee only once (or some times not at all!) until morning. Which is a huge deal for me, I used to wake up three or more times a night. And if I do wake up to use the restroom then I pass right back out when I get back into bed. This stuff is a literal miracle!

It is a very good product, and I use a couple times a week to help me sleep. Except for the delivery smashed box was not good. Product is intacked.

So far so good! Mixed with my other sleep meds this product puts me out 45 -60 minutes as part of my nighttime routine! :) Calming, peaceful, aromatic
