As a group personal trainer, I have been looking for advanced level loop bands and FINALLY hit the jackpot. I am actually ordering another set because they are perfect for people who workout a lot. Most other band "sets" have one out of the five that is hard enough for the level we want to work. The lighter ones are great for stretching or physical therapy but not for HIIT, Tabata, and more advanced workouts.

Simply the best $$ I have spent this year! Following a suggestion from my Osteopath (for some hip abduction) to obtain some resistance bands I started my search. I read all reviews and decided on this set. I am so happy, they are just perfect. No rolling, no sticky rubber and each band works exceedingly well for my different exercises. Dont hesitate in buying these, they may be a little more $$ but you wont need to throw them in the bin nor unstick them etc. I highly recommend these 👍👍and I am a super happy Aussie 😁😁 And I am buying another set for a friend 😉

I was looking for resistance bands that are thick and don't roll up and these are the real deal!! They are strong, thick and stay flat while using. They come heavy, medium and light with an insert of instructions of various exercises that can be done with the bands. They also come with a nice bag for storage. I've tested them in a variety of exercises and I'm very pleased.

I waited a while to leave a review so I could see how well they lasted and I'm really impressed.I've been using these bands 4 days a week for about 6 months now and they're holding up really well!!This past month they finally feel like they're getting a little too stretched out but they've definitely lasted longer than any other bands I've had.10/10 Highly recommend if you're looking at getting bands!

I bought these to use for 80 Day obsession. I love them! Much better than the expensive set on the beachbody website. The resistance is high but perfect for any resistance exercises and especially for glute and leg workouts. They are very sturdy and do not feel like they will tear or stretch out anytime soon. Highly recommend!

Very convenient. Sometimes I carry one in my hand, or wrapped on my wrist, when I run outside for a workout and can use it for different exercises. I like having the three levels of resistance..

They are as advertised. I use the ones at my gym and even the black ones don't provide adequate resistance, but with these, even the green is a challenge I can't get past.

Very well built. The resistance is much higher than we expected. We bought their non-pro and they work better. Nothing wrong with these to take a star away but know that these are pro resistance.

I both both packs and im not sure what one to use first but i am a paraplegic and they are a great way for me to exercise and im going to do something useful with them. I feel that this vendor maybe a tad expensive but the package arrived early even though it was amazon it arrived early.

Product appears to be as advertised. I’ve only used it a few times, but pleased with quality and strength. I’ve used many of these bands, but disappointed because they stretch out almost immediately. These haven’t as of yet (~12 uses of only one band; which is 10 times better than a few uses of other brands).

I have had a very good experience with these bands so far. The only one I ever had an issue with was the Extra Light in the regular series of bands. That very thin band quickly developed some tears on the edges (I think where it was folded), but I contacted the company and they quickly replaced my entire set! The new one had no issues in the time I used it.I have been quickly progressing through the lower resistance set. They are great for one of my upper back physical therapy exercises and for leg exercises.

I won;t lie, these bands are well made but VERY resistent. I would start out with the "regular" 5 pack first. With that said, there are only two that I really get use of...heavy and x-heavy. The others just don't offer any resistence.

I use them for the new Beachbody 80 days obsessed program and after trying others brands these one are definitively the best and good 3 levels of resistance and very strong

These are decent bands but I’m not real comfortable using them as a pull up assist. They are stretching to the point where they seem ready to tear. I’m 260 so these might not be rated for a person my weight. They are still totally usable for working out. They are not commercial grade but should be fine for a home workout.

I needed a more challenging resistance loop, and I found them here. They definitely push you to the next level.
