This is a beautiful fireplace--everything about it is quality--from the fire to the heating unit. We purchased two of these after moving to a new home, and leaving the previous one behind. We have one in the bedroom and one in the basement. We keep both running with the artificial fire 24x7, which adds a classy touch even in Spring and Summer, and based on our previous unit, it'll keep running for years. We live in MN and it gets cold here. Very cold. This fireplace and its high-end heating unit works great! It can keep a large room warm and the blower as well as heating unit run silently--something you'll value at night. The thermostat and remote are easy to use, and we are delighted with this product, which despite of its size and weight shipped *free* from Amazon and arrived safely. Highly recommend this excellent fireplace!

When we started to look for electric fireplaces at local stores I was very disappointed with what was out there. I started researching and found Dimplex. After reading many reviews I came to the conclusion the company was known for quality and authentic flames. I decided to purchase this on Amazon due to the price as it was much cheaper than other sites. It arrived safely and was easy to assemble. It is very high quality stone work. The Dimplex fire box is high quality also and overall flame authenticity is great. Is it like a real fire, no but it is pretty darn close especially at first glance. The heat it puts out is impressive as well. It heats our 13x32 insulated basement with ease and the fan is whisper quiet. We’re very impressed and happy with our purchase.

Likes: (All in all I absolutely love this product) Mantle looks real Fireplace looks real Adequate amount of heat produced (though we haven't really tried it on winter time yet) It have options for the fireplace display I just love the cozy ambiance it gives to our living room and just staring at the fire gives a relaxing feel after a long day. Dislikes (not really a big deal) Heavy (taken that mantle is made out of concrete so what do you expect?) There are some parts of the mantle that doesnt quite fit but husband did a quick fix by losening the screws first then put the parts together then tightening it in place) Mounting of the fireplace is quite lose and had to make your own hole for the screws The glass cover of the fireplace creates a banging sound since out floor is hard wood. Easy fix with cushion placed in between the glass and body of the fireplace At first I was hesitant to buy it because of the price but it is worth it. No regrets in buying it. It just got set-up so I will still have to see about the durability of the fireplace.

Love it. They brought the box to our front door where we opened and unpacked it. It took the two of us about 5-7 minutes to bring it all in. We set the pieces on towels on the floor in front of the wall and put it together easily. I will tack the electric cord to the baseboard under the outlet and paint the part that goes up the wall so it is less conspicuous. Beautiful! Dimplex is a great brand and many people think it is a gas fireplace.

Beautiful I love it

This fireplace looks really nice. Very easy to assemble.

Absolutely beautiful. Easy to put together and heats very well. Very heavy. Well worth the money.

The fireplace is very substantial, but doesn’t overpower my space. It adds an architectural element and focal point to the room. Also the flame is very realistic and the heating fan is not noisy! If you want to add more ambience and a cosy feel to your room then I highly recommend it!

this fireplace unit is as beautiful as the image indicates. It's heavy but I'm 5'3" and managed to get it in to my living room and carefully unpack it. Packing is superior and everything arrived in perfect shape. Set up was stress free and user friendly. I absolutely LOVE it and highly recommend this. It's not cheap, but once in place, doesn't look cheap!! You won't be disappointed.

Very satisfied with the product. Easy to assemble and looks super

Delivery was unbelievably complicated. Rude. Like they were doing me a favour lol. NEVER DEALING WITH CANA LOGISTICS AGAIN.
