A godsend to a healthy lifestyle
Moringa is the heavyweight and herbal supplements. And parts of the African nation, it is used as a majority part of their diet. It has more vitamins and minerals than almost any other food available. It gives me personally energy and stamina into my 60s.

Very nice potent extract, energizing but not for hypothyroidism
Very nice potent extract, this is the green type of extract, not the brown. So it;s higher in nutrients but lower in antioxidants than the brown type. I like the green best, get more energy from it. However, it;s bad if you have underactive thyroid, so i can;t use it, except occasionally but not frequently,

didn't do anything for ME
i probably should give one star - however - i really don't judging supplements because i'm OLD and just because they don't appear to do anything for ME, doesn't mean they won't for anyone younger. i've already taken almost all of them - daily of course - haven't noticed any difference at all - ALTHOUGH - one has to remember - best to purchase ANY supplement from a reputable company, because i've read some of these 'products' have a considerable amount of talc and baking soda, and i don't want to pay as much as these places charge for talc or baking soda. i'll try Moringa again when the rest of these are gone - probably from "pure" if they have them, or at least "NOW" brand. everybody just needs to be careful when buying supplements.
