LUXRITE A19 LED Light Bulb 60W Equivalent, 4000K Cool White Dimmable, 800 Lumens, Standard LED Bulb 9W, E26 Base, Energy Star, Enclosed Fixture Rated, Perfect for Lamps and Home Lighting (4 Pack)

I posted a review a bit prematurely regarding flickering from the dimmable light bulbs I bought on Amazon. Product I purchased was the Luxrite A19 LED Light Bulb 60W Equivalent, 4000K Cool White Dimmable, 800 Lumens, Standard LED Bulb 9W. I wanted to be able to set or dim the bedroom table lamp lights from a remote control versus nearly falling out of bed to reach for and turn on and off the table lamps on both sides of the bed. Also, the dimming feature was a must. Now the big box and other local stores all carry the compatible bulbs I was looking for but only in 3000K or 5000K temperature ratings. But there is a dramatic difference between the two temperatures as I found out after buying and trying those. The 3000K temp lights are very yellow. The 5000K temp lights are quite blue. So, if you want yellow or blue light, they got ya covered. For what ever reason though, they don't sell a 4000K temperature light which is the perfect neutral lighting and you will be hard pressed to find one online as well, that dims. No idea why this is but finally I found these LUXRITE bulbs and they met all my criteria, they were the right size, they dim, they are 4000K temperature and they come in a 60 watt equivalent LED bulb! So, I was thrilled when they arrived so quickly! I ordered Thursday evening and they arrived Saturday afternoon! What! I know...that was amazingly fast! So, I opened the nicely packaged light bulbs and put them in the lamps. The color was this gorgeous true neutral light. Not too warm and not too cool :-). Unfortunately, when I dimmed them down using my new Wireless plug-in dimmer and remote bought elsewhere, the lights began to flicker which was a deal breaker. So, I wrote my first review explaining the issue and packaged them up to send back and got back on line to find the elusive bulbs from the brand names that the company that sells the dimmer remote, specified are compatible. None sold were in the 4000K temperature rating. None! So, I googled the flickering issue and found a video that walked me thru the fix. It turns out there is a tuning dial on the plug in fixture (again, purchased elsewhere) that I was able to adjust, that fixed the issue. It's a go around but works for me. Regardless, I now LOVE the bulbs again and there is no flickering! I cancelled my return naturally :-). HIGHLY recommend the LUXRITE bulbs now, as the color of this light is gorgeous in the 4000K temperature rating, price was excellent and shipping SUPER FAST!

These bulbs are working fine for my application (exterior garage/driveway lighting). The price was right, and the brightness and warmth are appropriate and good. The product listing as of this writing is not quite accurate, though. The description on the website says 9W, while the box indicates that the wattage is 8W. I don’t think the distinction mattered in my case - the lumens are what I wanted - but you might want to note this. Would buy again.

Second time ordering these bulbs. I like that I can choose from four different shades of brightness. I see no reason why they won’t last a good long time.

I chose this Led light bulb after being very disappointed by the GE brand due to its not living up to its' advertised life span. It also did not like being used in any other mounting position than upright vertically. The life span was reduced ever more by being inverted or used in a horizontal position. This one appears to do a bit better, so far. It has an advertised life of 25,000 hours of use. I have not used these long enough to attest to their life span and will update this review later, after I have had more time to evaluate them. This was my choice and have given it a 5 Star rating for now , due to the fact that they are rated for enclosed fixture use, meaning any lighting fixture such as a surfaced mount hall way fixture or down light with a lens. Another consideration is that these seem to have a better color rendition, in my opinion, of matching an old incandescent light bulb. It is also rated for use in a damp location, as in a enclosed outdoor fixture. These are, of course an LED lamp designated as an A19 type. Power consumption is only 8 Watts. The light output is rated to be 800 Lumens. This is a little less than I was looking for, but close enough to the output of a 60 Watt (cool white) incandescent lamp for an LED type ( 3000K) for me. The CRI states it is 90. As to the reason I chose this lamp, is it matches closely to all of my requirements. I have not tested these in a dimming application as of the date of this review. I realize that purchasing a LED lamp is still a bit confusing for a lot of people. I trust that my review may help someone. The country of origin for this lamp, except for a few, is China, as are most these days.

These are terrific bulbs. No flickering at any light level.

I think it the perfect temperature for a bathroom, not too warm or cold.

I ordered these bulbs for my staircase and living room chandeliers, both of which have frosted glass globe shades. They work exactly like I was looking for. Works well with Kasa smart dimmer switches even though it isn't on the list of compatible dimmers. I took a chance with these and so glad that these work with my dimmer switches with absolutely no flicker or buzzing noise. Super happy! Can't comment on their longevity as I have just had them for a couple of weeks.

5/6 bulbs have died in just over a year.

Bulbs work. LED in general are not worth the savings or pollution but thats the market trend. These ones match the brightness they claim. Small enough to fit in my ceiling fan dome
