Perfect for new grads and beyond
I used to buy this for my new grad nurses to help them better organize their thoughts, but now that I work at a hospital without Cardex I buy them for myself! They are truly the best! The only thing I wish it had would be a sheet at the very front where I could write down unit phone numbers and provider contacts. Other than that I love it!

Good for nursing students
Great for nursing clinical when you have multiple pts and have to write reports about pt care. I wish there was a to do section for meds and time scheduled instead of a general to do list.
