Keep track of your pantry, holiday and craft supplies, weekly menu planning, keepsakes, and schedules. From the basement to the attic, this book covers every nook and cranny. With step-by-step instructions, detailed illustrations, and handy checklists, say goodbye to a messy home and wasted storage space! Review: A must-have for organizers - This book is wonderful while also being the bane of my existence! It has been great inspiration for fully organizing my kitchen, living room, master bedroom and foyer so far. This week (it recommends tackling a different room each week) is the master closet. I am absolutely dreading this project, but know it will be well worth the effort in the end! Much of the advice included is common sense and probably things you've heard before, but it is presented in a methodical manner with inspiring photos and tips that I haven't really seen elsewhere in this format. I like the idea of a "game plan" for each and every week that eventually leads to a completely organized home. My kitchen, for example, now has the cabinets organized according to cooking, cleaning, prep, and storage functions. It's made all the difference! Furthermore, the book is well-constructed, so I have confidence that I will be revisiting it every year for a renewed cleaning/organizing sweep. Review: The most concise organizing book in a gorgeous package! - I have read several home organizing books, but *this* is the one I have been waiting for! The first thing I noticed right away is that there is no skimping on quality, here. The colors are vibrant, the paper is nice and glossy and thick. The corners of the front and back covers are metal-tipped, which is nice because not only does it give the book weight, but it protects the corners from bending and fraying. Inside, the pictures are plentiful, inspiring, and gorgeous. Just flipping through the book will make you feel motivated enough to start tackling an area of your house! The book is broken down into various "challenge" rooms - kitchen, dining room, garage, etc. Each room is then broken down into specific tasks, which you can follow along in the 15 week time frame, or go at your own pace. There are tons of ideas on saving space, organizing, and lest you feel overwhelmed at the state of your current household, the author has also many suggestions on how to start the process (which is sometimes the hardest part). If you follow the book page by page, at the end of roughly 15 weeks your home will be clean and organized! The best part is that you can work at your own pace. The process is manageable enough that you can do a little bit every day...or set aside a couple of hours on the weekends and knock out an entire room in one swoop. It's clear that the author has spent a lot of time compiling this book. It is well written and detailed enough for those that need someone to point the way step-by-step, but it also leaves room for those that are not complete novices to join in the fun. There are tons of ideas that I've never seen on any other blog or website, which was refreshing. The book stands on its own, but you can also pair it with the suggestions and printables found on the author's website. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and hope the author decides to write a Volume 2!

Fantastic book! The metal corner ends protect the paperback ...
Fantastic book! The metal corner ends protect the paperback cover from fraying, a classy and practical touch. The photography in the book is beautiful, the hints and suggestions and reasoning are all well thought out and doable. I am super organized myself - have been for years just by figuring things out myself - but I can tell by just browsing through the book that I will find some things to help improve my already-good system. Best household organization book I have ever seen, and it's a real pleasure just to hold it in my hands! I am looking forward to going back to read it cover to cover. I am a happy shopper.

Beautiful book!!
I got my book and it's beautiful! There are a few areas that could use more detail, but it has some really great nuggets that I'd love to try. There is a stay-at-home mom with small children feel which doesn't fit everyone's situation. If there's a sequel, it would be great to get input on adjustments for singles or couples, either newlyweds (starting out right) or empty-nesters (who need to purge and downsize). As dual career executives with three grown kids in college who still come and go occasionally, my husband and I could use some quick-hit advice on what can be done in short bursts without much prep. I love the book and the ideas, but need a little more advice on how to actually implement the ideas on a super tight schedule. If I could combine the with the Konmari Method, I'd be in heaven!!

Perfect for inspiration!
Exactly what I was looking for. Full of tips in snippet format and color photo examples. I am currently working on de-cluttering my kitchen which just happens to be the first chapter. So that is my main focus right now but I am sure the inspiration will continue with the rest of the various categories of this book. Summary: I like the brief tips instead of paragraphs, color photos, layout flows and is well organized, and I really appreciate the rounded page edges and reinforced cover edges for longevity. The only thing I wish it had was a vendor index for some of the products in the photos. Here's a tip I heard years ago: declutter first and then pick out your storage containers and baskets. That way you won't have to go out an get more or return any. Make sure you measure too.

Embracing a peaceful, happy home
This books has truly changed my life and how I view items in my home. Toni's book has so many wonderful ideas that truly inspire me to help make my home more peaceful, organized, and happy. I put post-it notes on so many pages, marking the things that I want to incorporate in my home. From cleaning tips to zones for more effective, time saving organization, to purging the items that we no longer need in our home, this book is helping me live a less stressed, more organized life. This book is helping me create more peace and organization for my entire family. This is definitely a book I will reference back to MANY times throughout the years. I am so glad that I purchased this book and I highly recommend it!

Great book, but not many new things
I'm an avid organizer and in the process of a full-throttle assault on organizing my home/simplifying my home in under 2 months (and I'm 1/2 way through)... This book appeals to the OCD organizer in me and I really like the information provided. While I was hoping it would have a lot more insights, you can find almost everything in the book on her blog (with a few fun extras), hence just 3 stars. I like having resources on hand, and the book is easier to navigate, so I still don't regret my purchase. I've only read through it once, but intend to glance through it again this week. I've read a of organizing books, from Marie Kondu's books to other blogger books, but this is (so far) the only one I've purchased. The others all seem like a read-through-it-once type that you can usually get from the library, rather than a great reference book. So in the end, this book fulfilled that idea a little more, but I'm still hunting for that perfect organization book. So I would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to troll through the blog and doesn't mind the price, but if you are an avid blog follower for A Bowl Full of Lemons, maybe wait for a newer version with more insights that might come out someday... Hope this helps for those considering purchasing it!

Fun to Read, Great Ideas
I really liked this book. I'm visual and I can't predict how things could look without seeing something that sparks my creativity. This book gave me a lot of great ideas. I'm organized, but always looking for ways to do things better. For example, it never occurred to me to make my pantry or closets look attractive. They were simply functional. Now it's fun to look around for creative storage options that work and look great at the same time. I had several baskets and containers that I rarely used that were empty and taking up space. Now, they're scattered around the pantry and closet and actually doing a job. The photos are beautiful and the book is inspiring.

Love this book!
I have this book both in paperback and on kindle, as I love the fact that you can dip in and out. I enjoyed the tips on cleaning products and seeing the before and after pictures, although some ingredients you would have to get online or maybe a UK alternative could have been suggested. The sections for each room were good and the tips relevant to that space. I love the format, the clean bright layout and the metal corner protectors on the book itself.
