My clawdeen arrived before delivery date and they packaged her in a box so her box is in perfect condition and the doll itself is beautiful!

Gorgeous but has bad hair
The doll came to me almost perfect but her hair was really straight and super frizzy, it looked so bad. And her bag looked scratched and dirty from the back, but it's not removable, so I'm guessing it's paint splatter and scratches.

Doll in atrocious condition
The doll is not as described, it arrived and after opening the package it seems the doll has been cut out of the elastic holding her in place and removed from the box. She has been placed half hazardously back inside and looks atrocious. Very disappointed as this was advertised as a brand new doll. Delivery was fast at least.
