Yes I like it, and I use it almost daily. It does not fix heart arrhythmia, at least in my case. Medium setting (level 7, 12 minutes, sleep program) good for a more restful sleep it seems. Also feel more energy though that could be from supplementation too. Perhaps overdoing it (always on level 9) isn't indicated either. Does not work well without gel. Yes the gel is a bit of a letdown but it's a minor one. I just put the green conducting gel (pea-size shape) on the electrodes (even recommended on the Pulsetto site itself, where it has the sale info for more green gel) and rub it in well (needed) rather than on my neck directly. It works nearly just as well, especially if you wiggle the pulsetto a bit when you just put it on (to spread/lock in the gel). Then just use 2 tissues to wipe up your neck and the device when done. Recommended.

I bought it to relieve pain but a great side effect is that my essential tremor of my head no longer needs medication or botox injections. Super pleased with this item. Using it twice a day as recommended. On further investigation have found clinical trials in Germany being run on using vagus nerve stimulation for perimenopause and other related conditions.
