Microwavable products care instructions:

Surface clean regularly with a damp sponge and air dry before use. In the event of overheating, allow to cool fully and return to room temperature. Do not immerse in water or in a wash machine. Store in a cool dry place after each use.

Only reheat when the product is at room temperature. It can take up to four hours to cool down to room temperature. Heated elements may cause burns. Respect the given time of heating and wattage.
