mophie juice pack - Protective Battery Case for iPhone 6s PLUS / 6 PLUS (2,600mAh) - Black (Renewed)

Purchased the refurbished mophie for iPhone 6s Plus and it does not full charge. Only charges up to one bar and battery usage not much different than using phone without mophie. Big disappointment. Not sure if I can still return but may try. What a drag!

Very upset this case came and didn’t keep it to charge this case has not charged very upset I waited a few days for this product and I get a none working case , I have a iPhone 6s Plus and it was even hard to take off to charge my phone since the case it self wouldn’t charge very upset about this happening and have a baby on its way very soon wanted to use this product for in hospital etc just sucks

Worked for a day and then it caused my phone to disconnect phone calls and give a constant message saying that my phone did not have a Sim card. Was in the middle of an important phone call that kept disconnecting and I had a heckuva time trying to get the case off but the second case came off, the phone worked perfectly fine. It’s also very heavy and my phone felt like it got really hot while it was in the case . Returned.

This is a great product. However it’s been my 3rd battery pack because the top removable part keeps on breaking! And to buy these new from $50 or more is a damn rip off! For any and all battery packs such as this product should cost no more than $35. I bought this for less giving the account it is renewed/refurbished and works just like new.

I am pleased with my purchase. The item was delivered in a timely manner with all components as described. I purchased this item due to my frequent traveling and needing to keep my phone charged when needed. I personally struggle with removing the case itself and eventually it slides off.

Arrived in good condition and works okay most of the time. It does a strange thing when the mophie battery is full but the phone needs to charge- when I plug it in, the phone gives the tone that it is charging, then starts going back and forth between indicating charging and not. The only way I’ve found to solve the problem is to charge the phone using the mophie until it needs to be charged some then it works fine

In my humble opinion, this product is not worth it nor for the price it's being sold for. There are other styles that I found to be are way more preferred. I purchased this Mophie brand for my Mom because I have one. I hadn't realized that this brand NAME has different stlyes because the style that I have differs from the one I got for my Mom. Anywho, I thought it would be the same version as mine where the top comes up and you just slide your phone right in, but this was not the case. When my Mom received this Mophie, there were no instructions on how to put it onto the phone and when she finally did get it on after playing around with it, she struggled endlessly trying to take it back off. I even injured my fingernail trying to take it off for her. If she wanted to remove the Mophie, it should not take laborious efforts and verges of sweat to do it. Do not waste your time or money. I ordered it on February 20, 2020 it came February 21, 2020 and I shipped it right on back early morning February 24, 2020. I wasted no time to have this returned to get my money $29 back.
