My iron levels were low the last time I went to the doctor which explains a lot about why I have been tired all the time. I bought these because they come with both iron capsules and vitamin tablets which help the body to absorb the iron. They are non-constipating and they are truly gentle on my stomach. I have had a lot of problems in the past with various iron pills, but these were pretty easy to swallow, even though they didn't taste very good. They had a bit of a maybe vinegary taste to them, but that wasn't a problem if you swallow them right away. Overall, they are a good vitamin and worth the money. I'm happy with them and I think you will be too.

My mom and I just wanted to try it out cause we both have issues with keeping up throughout the day and these pills actually gave us the boost we needed. It genuinely gives energy and it doesn't give you that crash that other pills give you. Do believe the direction when it says to drink it with juice cause it does not taste great haha

The multivitamin was okay but the iron pill was horrible. I could not keep it down. Smell is so bad!
