This book is easy, the wisdom of Sadhguru is powerful, and the book propose some very easy and practical exercises that help to understand the meaning of a section. Sadhguru is using common good sense and it helps to just realise that simple changes can be powerful in your life.

This book is great in that it is written in plain English, easy to understand, easy to follow logically and most of all enjoyable. Difficult these days to find gurus that are easy to understand and are so in touch with today's realities. I have read many books by Sadhguru and would recommend this one to anyone whether as a first approach or simply a refreshment on the topic of inner growth. It would be amazing in the future to have an italian translated version available too to be able to gift it to my parents.

This book is worth getting even if you have attended Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering Program. It’s much more. Read and reread. Each attempt will throw up new insights and thoughts that might lead to deeper undstanding and realisation. Even if in the event it didn’t benefit you as much as I did, can treat it as a keepsake. After all, the art work depicted on the cover of the book is so beautiful and mesmerising. Sadhguru’s made almost all the material things so aesthetically appealing.
